WHEREAS the Employer and the Union wish to make a common Collective Agreement with respect to certain employees of the Employer engaged in work associated with building maintenance and janitorial cleaning as defined in the attached Appendices of this Collective Agreement and to provide for and ensure uniform interpretation and application in the administration of the said Collective Agreement.
