This agreement becomes effective upon its approval of both institutions and will remain effective for the duration of the Transfer Pathways Completion Articulation Agreement (Institutional Agreement). At the end of this time, the Transfer Degree Map will be reviewed and may be renegotiated. Cuyahoga Community College and the UC College of Allied Health Sciences agree to keep one another informed as program curricular changes affecting this Transfer Degree Map (program articulation agreement) occur and will be reviewed on an annual basis. Both Colleges will agree upon any future additions and/or amendments to this document in writing.
