THIS REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective December , 2019 (the “Effective Date”), among the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA, a municipal corporation and home rule charter city (the “City”), the HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA, a public body corporate and politic organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the “Authority”), and PROJECT PAUL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”), and joined in by MN FORD SITE APARTMENT LAND LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Weidner”), as a Secondary Developer and Owner of the Weidner Lots as provided in the Weidner Joinder.
