This Interconnection Agreement for the Transport and Termination of traffic between wireline carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of July 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Chibardun Telephone cooperative, Inc. d/b/a Mosaic (“CHIBARDUN”) a Wisconsin corporation, with its principal office at 401 South First Street, P.O. Box 664, Cameron, Wisconsin 54822 and CenturyLink Communications, LLC. (“CENTURYLINK”) a Delaware LLC, with its principal office at 100 CenturyLink Drive, Monroe, Louisiana 71203.
