This Consent to Assignment (this “Consent”) is being made with respect to that certain Development Agreement by and between SCP Avondale Owner, LLC (assignee of SCP Acquisitions, LLC) (“South City”) and the City of Avondale Estates, Georgia, a Georgia Municipal Corporation (the “City”) dated as of January 11, 2017 (as assigned, the “Development Agreement”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Development Agreement.
