In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect Shop Stewards, whose duties shall be to assist any employee, whom the Shop Steward represents, in dispute resolution and in preparing and presenting a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
