This Electronic Banking Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Metro Phoenix Bank, herein referred to as “MPB”, and the customer, herein referred to as “Customer”. “Customer” also is referred to as the Administrator, and includes any and all Users, which access has been granted by the Customer.
