This AGREEMENT is terminable upon one (1) calendar month’s written notice by either party or immediately terminable against written notice by the COMPANY to the CARRIER in the event of the latter’s breach of any one, more or all of the terms hereof, on the specific understanding that any breach of whatsoever nature by the CARRIER shall be deemed to constitute a material breach entitling the immediate cancellation hereof by the COMPANY.
