This Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among LS POWER GRID NEW YORK CORPORATION I (“LS Power”), a New York corporation, NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (“NYPA”), a New York public benefit corporation, a n d NIAGARA MOHAWK POWER CORPORATION (“National Grid”), a New York corporation, (all collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”; National Grid being a “Party” and LS Power and NYPA collectively being a “Party”), dated as of November 12, 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
