THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTAtfDING (MOU) is made and entered into by and between the County of El Dorado, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "County") and the El Dorado County Office of Education, Court Appointed Special Advocates of El Dorado County, City of Placerville Police Department, and City of South Lake Tahoe Police Department, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "FYHT Task Force." This MOU sets forth each party's role and responsibilities as it applies to participating on the Foster Youth and Human Trafficking Task Force as a Member Agency.
