THIS SERVICING AGREEMENT (as the same may be amended or supplemented, this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 20th day of December, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SBNA Investor LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Delaware (including its successors and assigns, the “Manager”), and Santander Bank, N.A., a national banking association (including those of its successors and assigns as are expressly permitted pursuant to this Agreement, the “Servicer”).
