GROUP TOUR / PROGRAM AGREEMENTProgram Agreement • September 25th, 2014
This agreement is between Vagabond Tours, Inc.d/b/a Educational Travel Adventures (ETA) / Sustainable Horizon (SH) and the above organization. The group organizer (or authorized representative) must sign and return this “Group Tour/Program Agreement” to confirm reservations. During online registration participants will be required to complete a Registration Form, Medical & Liability release, Participant Agreement and agree to our Code of Conduct. Forms must be completed online at least 45 days prior to departure.
