(hereafter the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Yakima (hereinafter “Yakima”) the City of Selah and Yakima County Fire Protection District No.1,2,3,4,6,9,12,and14. (hereinafter referred to individually as “Public Agency” or collectively as “Public Agencies”).
