This is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the NASA and the WHASC. As used herein, WHASC includes the 59th Medical Wing Office of the Chief Scientist, Science and Technology (59 MDW/ST). When referred to collectively, NASA and WHASC are referred to as the “Parties.”
