THIS STUDENT FIELDWORK AGREEMENT, dated the 5th day of May_, 2021 , is entered into by and between «Town of Marbletown», located at 3564 Main Street, Stone Ridge, NY 12484 (hereinafter "Fieldwork Site"), and UTICA COLLEGE, an educational corporation operating pursuant to an absolute Charter granted by the Regents of the University of the State of New York, 1600 Burrstone Road, Utica, New York 13502 (hereinafter “COLLEGE”).
