This Contract is made by and between: JSC Shipbuilding Plant «Severnaya Verf», a company organised and existing under laws of Russian Federation and having its office at St. Petersburg (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer“) represented by General Director Mr A.V. Ushakov of the one part and SKF Blohm+Voss Industries GmbH, a company organised and existing under laws of Germany and having its office at Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller“) represented by the Executive Board Mr. Martin Johannsmann and Managing Director Mr. Niklas Beyes, of the other party. Настоящий Контракт на закупку заключён между: ОАО Судостроительный завод «Северная верфь», основанным и существующим по законам России и имеющим офис в С. Петербурге (именуемым в дальнейшем “Покупатель”) в лице Генерального директора г-на А.В.Ушакова с одной стороны. и SKF Blohm+Voss Industries GmbH, компанией, основанной и существующей по законам Германии и имеющей офис в г. Гамбург (именуемой в дальнейшем “Продавец“)
