By using or allowing another to use your Commercial Prepaid Digital Account, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Commercial Prepaid Digital Account Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement is the agreement between you and Bank of America with respect to the issuance and use of your Commercial Prepaid Digital Account (“Account”). It describes the electronic banking services you can use with your Account (as defined below) and includes information about our and your rights and obligations. This Agreement discloses the terms and conditions of your Commercial Prepaid Digital Account. You are not entitled to the same rights or benefits given to deposit account customers or debit card holders at Bank of America, N.A. unless such rights or benefits are contained in this Agreement.
