This License Agreement states the terms and conditions upon which you as a student resident may occupy and live in the residence halls operated by Onondaga Community College and the OCC Housing Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to together as “Office of Residence Life”). By submitting your application for student housing, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Housing is limited, rooms are not guaranteed, and the Office of Residence Life reserves the right to make all room assignments and re-assignments of you and other occupants of the residence halls in its sole discretion.
