This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Budget Phone, Inc. (Budget Phone), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana, with offices at 6901 W. 70th Street, Shreveport, Louisiana 71129, and Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with offices at 4100 Roxboro Road, Durham, North Carolina 27704-2166. (Budget Phone and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
