This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) shall form part of the Accession Agreement and its appendices hereto between Equias and the Customer concerning services provided by Equias for Customer (the “Agreement”). This DPA is entered into by and between the Customer (“Controller”) and Equias (“Processor”).
