This Addendum (“Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a Delaware Corporation (“Union Pacific”). County and Union Pacific may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
