In furtherance of its purpose to prevent cruelty to animals, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (the “ASPCA”) loans humane animal traps and dividers and/or hard plastic pet carriers on the terms set forth below. This agreement supersedes and replaces any prior agreement that you have signed regarding the borrowing of trap(s) and dividers or carrier(s) from the ASPCA.
