Schuyler Avenue, Kankakee IL 60901, and Aqua Indiana, Inc. (“Aqua Indiana”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana and located at 5750 Castle Creek Parkway North Drive, Indianapolis IN 46250. Aqua Illinois and Aqua Indiana each may be referred to herein as a “Party” to this Agreement.
