This Supplementary Contract is supplemental to and forms part of the Group Hospital and Surgical Policy (hereinafter called the Basic Policy) and is subject to all the provisions of the Basic Policy except as herein modified. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in the Supplementary Contract shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Basic Policy.
