This Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Agreement is between the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, hereinafter referred to as NRCS, and the following organizations, Trout Unlimited, hereinafter referred to as the Lead Sponsor and the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, hereinafter referred to as the Local Sponsor. This O&M Agreement is effective upon the date of the last signatory.
