The utmost of care will be given in watching both your pet(s) and your home. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Higgins and Friends Pet Sitting, except those arising from negligence of the pet sitter. Client agrees to notify Higgins and Friends of any concerns within 24 hours of return.
