This TLD SPONSORSHIP REGISTRY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of by and between Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“ICANN”), and SITA Information Networking Computing USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SITA”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the TLD Sponsorship Registry Agreement, dated 10 September 2021, by and between ICANN and SITA (the “Prior Agreement”).
