This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered this 13th day of June, 2012 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Livermore, a municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), and Chabot Las Positas Community College District (“CLPCCD”), on behalf of Las Positas Community College, a Community College of the State of California (“LPC”), also collectively known as “the Parties”.
