(hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”), and Quad Realty Investments, Inc. d/b/a The Signature Real Estate Companies, a Florida profit corporation having offices located at 901-C Clint Moore Road, Boca Raton, FL 33487 (hereinafter referred to as “Signature”). Vendor and Signature shall each be hereinafter referred to, singularly, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
