This Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF BURBANK, the CITY OF GLENDALE, and the CITY OF PASADENA (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “VERDUGO CITIES”) and the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority (hereinafter referred as the “CONTRACTING AGENCY”).
