This AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made this th day of March, 2020, (herein the “Commencement Date”), between RedSpeed Georgia, LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company (herein “REDSPEED”), with its principal place of business at 400 Eisenhower Lane North, Lombard, IL 60148, and the City of Rome (herein “ROME”), with principal offices at 601 Broad St, Rome, GA 30161.
