We, the undersigned, duly appointed representatives of the City of Oakland (“City”) and of Confidential Management Employees Association, (“CMEA”) a recognized employee organization, having met and negotiated in good faith, jointly prepare and execute on the of July 2011, the following written Agreement. The provisions set forth in this Agreement apply to City of Oakland employees assigned to Representation Unit U31 - Confidential Management Employees. Classifications in the unit are listed in Appendix A, List Of Classifications In Unit, attached and incorporated into this Agreement.
