This contract shall become effective on the date at which every party has signed this contract. Unless earlier terminated or extended, this contract shall expire when Contractor's completed performance has been accepted by Agency or on June 30, 2026. However, such expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice Agency's right to enforce this contract with respect to: (i) any breach of a Contractor warranty; or (ii) any default or defect in Contractor performance that has not been cured.
