Methamphetamine & Fentanyl Contamination Disclosure Applicable to any property where the landlord has knowledge of a possible drug contamination AND remediation has not completed in California. In California, any knowledge relating to methamphetamine and fentanyl manufacturing, use, or storage is legally required to be disclosed in a rental agreement.
