The purpose of the agreement is to provide an understanding of planned maintenance services to be performed at the scheduled intervals listed below. It is agreed und understood that R.S.G. Industrial Repair, Inc. shall provide all labor in accordance with the “Planned Maintenance Report” for gas or electric trucks included on the PM work order – a copy of which shall be provided on completion of service. A flat rate per truck fee will be charged in accordance with the following schedule.
