This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into as of this day of February 2024, by and between Texas State University, an agency and institution of higher education authorized under the laws of the State of Texas and a member institution of The Texas State University System (the “Institution”), and the Texas State University Research Foundation, a Texas nonprofit corporation and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax- exempt charity (the “Foundation”).
