GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STORAGE AGREEMENTStorage Agreement • December 18th, 2023
The Storage Agreements are entered into between Shurgard and the Private Customer for a minimum initial period of 1 month (subject to the 14 day right of withdrawal where the Private Customer purchases services from Shurgard online or over the phone as set out in Article 4.5 of these General Terms and Conditions). After that, the Storage Agreement will automatically renew for an indefinite duration. If the Private Customer does not consent to automatic renewal, the Private Customer must notify Shurgard of this by writing to us or by e-mail in accordance with article 3 of these General Terms and Conditions, giving a notice period of fifteen (15) days.
