GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCENTURE SOFTWARE FOR HCM TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES APLICABLES A SOFTWARE DEACCENTURE SOFTWARE-AS-A-SERVICE (“GTC”) PARA HCM-AS-A-SERVICE (“TCG”) The capitalized terms as used in these GTC shall have the meanings set out in Exhibit A (Definitions) to these GTC. The “Agreement” refers to the applicable Service Order, these GTC, the Suport Policy for Accenture HCM Software-As-A-Service, the Service LevelAgreement (“SLA”) for Accenture Software for HCMAs- A Service and the Data Privacy Terms for Accenture Software for HCM-As-A-Service. Accenture and Client are also each referred to under the Agreement individually as a “Party,” and together as the “Parties.” Los términos que aparecen en mayúscula en los presentes TCG tendrán el significado que se les atribuye en el Anexo A (Definiciones).
