This agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract, which establishes the rules, which cover your electronic access to your personal accounts at Alliance Bank and Trust ("Bank") through Online Banking ("System"). By using the Service, as defined below, you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read it carefully. The terms and conditions of any and all agreements made with Bank including, but not limited to, other deposit agreements and disclosures for each of your Bank accounts as well as your other agreements with Bank, such as loans, continue to apply notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement.
