This document sets forth the Agreement between Crested Butte Film Festival, Inc. (“CBFF” or “we”) and “Filmmaker” concerning Filmmaker's original work of visual art (the “Film”) in the Crested Butte Film Festival (the “Film Festival”). By signing this Agreement, I grant CBFF permission to use and present the Film subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
