This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (hereafter “Agreement”) is made by and among the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah (hereinafter “Saratoga Springs”) and Lehi City, Utah (hereinafter “Lehi”) (collectively “Parties” or individually “Party”) regarding the construction, ownership and maintenance of a storm drainage system on Saratoga Road/2300 West between 145 North/1900 South and Utah Lake, and is being entered into pursuant to the Utah Interlocal Cooperation Act, UTAH CODE ANN. § 11-13-101, et seq.
