The Parties to this Residence Hall License Agreement (“License Agreement”) are: The Culinary Institute of America, the Licensor (“the CIA”), a New York not-for-profit education corporation, with offices at 1946 Campus Drive, Hyde Park NY; 2555 Main Street, St. Helena, CA 94574; and at 312 Pearl Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78215 and the Resident whose name appears at the end of this document, the Licensee (“Resident”). The CIA Residence Life Office is primarily responsible for the administration of this License Agreement.
