This Professional Services Contract, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” is entered into between the CITY OF MANSFIELD, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the State of Texas, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and DUNAWAY ASSOCIATES, LLC hereinafter referred to as "PROFESSIONAL". CITY and PROFESSIONAL are each a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
