This is an Agreement between City of Tontitown (Owner) and Crafton, Tull & Associates, Inc. (Engineer). Owner's Project, of which Engineer's services under this Agreement are a part, is generally identified as Heritage Village / Town Center Master Planning (Project). Engineer's services under this Agreement (Services) are described in the attached Exhibit A.
