This Interlocal Agreement (”ILA”) effective as of September 8, 2020 (“Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education and Dallas Independent School District, (“ DALLAS ISD”), a Texas political subdivision of secondary education. The College and the DALLAS ISD may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” The Parties enter into this ILA for the purpose of the development and support of a Pathways in Technology Early College High School (“H-TECH” or “H-TECH Program”).
