This Contract, by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Finance and Administration, Division of TennCare, hereinafter referred to as the ‘State” or “TennCare” and Procuring Party Legal Entity Name, hereinafter referred to as the “Procuring Party,” is for the operation of a Medicare Advantage Plan, as further defined in the "SCOPE OF SERVICES."
