THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 25th day of November, 2019 by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation (“City”), and the Pueblo Development Foundation, a Colorado Non-Profit Corporation (“PDF”). The City and PDF are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually, without differentiation, each as a “Party.”
