This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to allow LCDJFS to designate an Eligibility Worker as the Special Point of Contact (SPOC) to determine eligibility for public assistance programs for LCCS. The Parties find it mutually beneficial to enter into an Agreement whereby an Eligibility Worker will determine said eligibility benefits for LCCS’s clients.
