This Data Processing Addendum (the “Addendum”) forms part of the written or electronic Agreement (“Agreement”) between Inspired eLearning, being VIPRE Security Group, Inc., a Florida corporation, if you are located in the United States, (ii) J2 Global Denmark A/S, if you are located in Denmark, (ii) J2 Global Sweden AB, if you are located in Sweden, (iii) VIPRE A/ S, if you are located in Norway, (iv) Vipre Security Limited, if you are located in United Kingdom or (v) J2 Global Ireland Limited if you are a citizen of any other European Union country or Switzerland, Iceland, Canada or any other country and/or, to the extent provided for in such Agreement, any of its affiliates (collectively, "IeL"), and the organization who executes an Agreement into which this Addendum is incorporated by reference. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement, absent a contrary definition in the applicable legislation.
