This AUP applies to the various services offered by Partner Communications, including high speed internet service, and Telephone Service (collectively, “Services”). Customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that Partner Communications reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Service without prior notice for Customer’s failure to comply with any portion of this Policy or the Service Agreement. Please see the Service Agreement for details on the suspension and termination policy. Any violation of this Policy and Service Agreement may also lead to prosecution under local, state and/or federal law.
